Hypnotherapy
Referenced since 3000 B.C. and in documented use
since the third century A.D., Medical Hypnosis
is one of the most powerful therapeutic tools available. Through direct
access to the unconscious mind, Hypnosis provides a rapid, safe and effective
answer to many of today's problems, including depression,
smoking, weight
loss, addictions, insomnia and more.
Pain
Management
Hypnosis has been used for centuries to treat pain and is, once again,
rapidly becoming a popular antidote to chronic
pain. Hypnoanalgesia is used in cancer, burn patients, dentistry,
childbirth, fibromyalgia and other chronic pain. In our practice, we often
treat pain by using a combination of treatment modalities, many of which
we teach our patients to self-administer for immediate relief.
Reflexology
Dating back over 5000 years, reflexology
enhances the body's natural healing abilities by stimulating lymphatic
drainage removing energy blocks throughout the body. Excellent for pain,
insomnia, PMS, arthritis, migraines and stress.
Reiki
Reiki (pronounced "ray key") is a laying on of hands healing
technique used since before Biblical times. A Reiki
treatment helps the body to heal itself by removing energy blocks
to the body's natural flow of energy. Reiki also cleanses and balances
the energy fields within and around the body, thereby treating the whole
person. It is effective for pain, stress, fatigue, cancer and more.
Regression
Therapy
Regression Therapy is used to treat a
condition with origins in the past. It uses hypnosis to return to the
time of the causative event (past life or present) and then uses psychotherapy
to treat the condition in that time period. Very effective in treating
fears, phobias, obsessions and many chronic conditions.
Past Life Regression is the use of hypnosis to access
past life memories. It can be done for curiosity or therapeutically.
